week 2 - Strategic Planning for Competitive Advantage

the Strategic Planning of chili's as well as any other restaurant is to seat the customer(s), serve them food/drinks the way they want them and make sure they leave happy. Strategic Planning is the managers job he need to make sure the restaurant flows in a good rhythm. to due this he/she observers the waiter/waitress in different kinds of working environment and determines what sifts to have the employees work.
