customer relationship management

customer relationship management- a company wide business strategy designed to optimize profitability, revenue, and customer satisfaction by focusing on highly defined and precise customer groups.

my company is chili's but I'm going to talk about all restaurants. when anyone goes to a restaurant we look for certain things before we eat at them the type of food, the prices of the menus, and how clean the restaurant is. when i go out to eat i look at the menu that is outside of the restaurant i look for the kinds of food they have one the menu as well as the price because i know what i want to eat as well as what i am willing to pay. ex i know i want to eat a chicken meals and i know i don't want to spend more the $10-$15 on my meal. the next thing i do i walk in an look around and see how clean the place is i look to see that the tables are clean, the floor are clean after i am seated i look at the silverware as well as the bathroom. in my opinion if the areas we see are a mess then what do the area that we don't see look like.

i have been to many chili's restaurants and i have only had one bad experience. me and my family were in Philadelphia and we went to eat at chili's we went in got seated and ordered our drinks got our drinks ordered our food, chili's was busy and told us that the food take a bit longer then it normally would. we waited about 40 min before the food came out the waiter kept on coming over to apologize and when he gave us our check he gave a coupon for a free meal at our next visit to chili's. we weren't upset about the service but i felt that he handled the situation very well.
